Lacoste Opens Virtual Store To Shop Its Summer Collection & Digital Exclusives

Jaws are set to drop at Lacoste’s new immersive endeavor: a virtual store designed to be enjoyable and useful for visitors.
The Lacoste virtual shop, designed by retail technology firm Emperia, takes some imaginative liberties that might have been practically impossible in the real world. You step in through the mouth of a crocodile, walking in until you reach the colorful first floor. Here, you can browse the brand’s summer apparel line up close, and even purchase the pieces.
The installation includes an elevator, which you can take to enter the outdoor pool area at the rooftop. The digital experience is set in a capacious beach, which means you can take a gander at the lovely sandy surroundings.

Throughout their visit, users can participate in a scavenger hunt and collect crocodile symbols planted around the store for a chance to win prizes every week throughout the summer.
There’s a VIP space reserved for Le Club Lacoste members as well as holders of the brand’s UNDW3 (pronounced “underwater”) NFT passes. It is here that shoppers under the NFT loyalty program can view the exclusive UNDW3 fashion range designed by the community. Every purchase comes with the physical garment, alongside a digital, NFT counterpart.
