Portuguese wine label Silk & Spice is enticing fans to go on a treasure hunt with its latest billboard. Instead of setting up the display in high-traffic areas, including highways, malls, or parking lots, this one’s situated somewhere on a deserted island.

Yup, those who are fearless enough to go in search of the advertisement may just find themselves with an actual bottle of wine to enjoy on the sandy beaches overlooking the widespread ocean.

The short film, a part of the brand’s latest digital spot, is part of the Meant to be Discovered campaign, an initiative highlighting the contributions and discoveries of Portuguese explorers who sailed the Indian Ocean all the way back in the 15th century.

As per its name, the silk and spice routes were once a network of sea destinations that linked the East and West of the world. This same “spirit of discovery” can be found in the unique taste of the beverage, hoping to entice whoever sails past it to stop and retrieve the prize.

Miguel Durão, creative partner at advertising agency Stream and Tough Guy, explained that by placing the billboard on a deserted island with nary a human in sight, he was extending an open invitation for those “brave enough” to try the alcohol.
