PANTONE, the global color standard, is bringing more vibrancy to artists’ life—to the tune of 108 marker shades, to be exact—in a delightful collaboration with long-standing Dutch art materials brand Royal Talens. This new spectrum of art supplies includes markers, marker inks, and art pads, all designed to color perfection.

The array combines PANTONE’s indisputed color expertise with Royal Talens’ marker inks prowess to bring 108 vivid color options, each faithfully crafted and tested to resonate with PANTONE’s exacting Matching System. Notably, the color authority hasn’t just greenlit the formulas but also co-designed them itself.

The markers are dual-nibbed, each built in with a brush and chisel, for flexibility and precision in every stroke. Being pigment-based, the inks offer lightfastness and true vibrancy, and although they’re water-based too, they dry quickly to become waterproof on paper.

With refillable reservoirs, the markers can be topped up and reused long after their first cache of ink runs dry.

Besides the markers, the selection includes marker ink bottles and four art pads featuring Talens’ marker paper in a variety of sizes. “So now you can sketch, draw, and design in PANTONE colors!” remarks Talens.
