LEGO Injects Fun Into 2024 With A Daily Calendar Of Minifigures
By Nicole Rodrigues, 19 Oct 2023
For each day in 2024, LEGO is giving its fans something to look forward to with the LEGO Minifigure-a-Day Daily Calendar.
Each day presents the opportunity to discover a new minifigure. By tearing off a page, you not only reveal a visual of the minifigure but also get interesting facts about each character. Additionally, this desk calendar provides insights into the history and production details of these iconic figures.
For example, for its Gorilla Suit Guy Minifigure released in 2011, the toy company explains how it had to include holes for the eyes as it was a costume, not an actual gorilla. It was also its very first animal costume figure.
Its Punk Rocker figurine brought about the invention of the mohawk for the company, which was later used in many other characters, including some villains.
Additionally, the calendar also provides different building prompts you can make for each Minifigure.
The desktop addition is designed for LEGO enthusiasts of all ages, making it a thoughtful gift for anyone or even as a little treat and pick-me-up for yourself. You can find it here for US$16.99.
