Motorola, seemingly unfazed by the pushback with Toys“R”Us and its experimentation with generative artificial intelligence, has launched its own campaign centered entirely around the technology.
Styled with Moto envisions models dressed in outfits entirely generated by AI that are not only avant-garde but also draw inspiration from the electronic brand’s iconic Batwing logo, with the six hues of these iconic smartphones thoughtfully accentuated throughout each ensemble. Created alongside agency heaven from Hopscotch Group, it arrives in conjunction with the launch of the new Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra foldable smartphones and the brand’s tie-in with PANTONE.
The roundup took four months to complete, with a dedicated team utilizing no less than nine different AI tools to achieve the desired results. These tools included Krea.ai, Midjourney, Comfy UI, Hypic, Magnific.ai, ClipDrop, Firefly, Luma, and Udio.

Spreading its wings outside of the digital world, the campaign also saw 150 portraits of guests wearing AI-designed Motorola Batwing outfits at the launch event. Furthermore, a real Motorola Dress was fashioned in collaboration with Scotomalab, a creative textile studio.

In a nod to its heritage, Motorola also reimagined its famous Hello Moto jingle with the help of AI.
