Porsche is once again shifting gears into the high rise with its first residential tower in Asia—the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok.
The sleek, 21-story tower is set to race to Bangkok’s cityscape by the end of 2028, with construction kicking off in early 2025. Rising 311 feet and stemming from a partnership between Porsche Design and Ananda Development, it brings the Porsche aesthetic to life in a whole new way. The development will feature 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex ‘Sky Villa’ apartments.

The Bangkok structure follows in the tire tracks of its predecessors—the acclaimed Porsche Design developments in Miami and Stuttgart—marking the third such project globally.
Residents can expect not just a place to live, but a fully immersive experience. From the spiral access ramp that channels the thrill of a Porsche sports car to terrace doors that mirror the retractable roof of a 911, the real-estate project is a livable embodiment of the brand’s design philosophy.

Amenities will include an 82-foot swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa, and lounges for both social and business gatherings. Hands-free kitchen solutions and custom high-end appliances are also options.

Notably, the building will be built in with ‘Passion Spaces’, luxury garages designed as personal sanctuaries for car enthusiasts, accessed via a central spiral ramp called ‘The Loop’. These customizable spaces offer a perfect venue for residents to showcase their prized vehicles, host exclusive events, or simply relax in style.

Finally, an ‘X-Frame’ pedestal structure inspired by the Mission R concept and a top-level ‘Crown’ lighting design seek to make the tower a beacon in Bangkok’s skyline.
