Feeling like a stapler trapped in Jell-O? Not to fear, you can soon escape to a second life with The Office World, an immersive social experience brought to you by Meta and NBCUniversal that transports The Office fans into the heart of the beloved cringe workplace sitcom via Meta Horizon, beginning October 10.
According to the social network, Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch is “seeking temp workers” for its sales department. Would-be employees can claim their own desk in the familiar office, engaging with mini-games and trivia that bring the show’s most memorable moments to life, dodging bats so as to avoid getting rabies and salvaging Kevin’s infamous chili. Set in virtual reality, this experience lets you bring work back home in the best way possible.
