Samsung’s coveted foldable phone is believed to be just around the bend, with the company’s next conference arriving on Wednesday, 7 November.
The tech giant might have just confirmed what fans have been hoping for. The brand recently teased the anticipated smartphone by posting a warped version of its logo on the Samsung Mobile Facebook and Twitter accounts.
The wordmark stayed around for 24 hours before Samsung reverted it to its original form.
The company has been pretty creative with its product teasers this year. Back in September, Samsung kept fans on their toes for its quad-lens phone with an abstract ad that promised “4x fun” in an upcoming event.
Samsung has been hinting at a bendable phone since 2013. Now that another smartphone maker has one-upped it by launching the “world’s first” foldable handset, it probably wouldn’t be of any benefit to the South Korean giant if it prolonged this five-year wait.
