While shopping for groceries at Aldi, one customer thought he had made a mis-steak when glancing at a slab of meat, which weirdly looked like Russian president Vladimir Putin.
Musician Matt Gordon was shopping for dinner when he caught sight of the Putin lookalike staring from a fridge.
The Aberdeen Angus sizzle steak, sold at Aldi in Croydon, South London left Gordon dumbfounded, who found himself walking past the product multiple times. He said the steak looked “more and more like Putin” the longer he stared.
Gordon decided to take a picture but didn’t purchase the item in the end because he did not want to be charged for “sizzling Vladimir Putin.”
“I might end up being well done myself,” he added.
