McDonald’s Gives Its Golden Arches Logo A Boo-Tiful Makeover For Halloween

With its bright yellow appearance and welcoming appeal that makes children’s eyes go wide, McDonald’s logo is hardly spooky. This Halloween, though, the fast food chain has got its A-game on.
With the help of communications agency Cossette, McDonald’s has dressed up its Golden Arches as the most adorable ghosts ever.
A new billboard wishing onlookers a happy Halloween spotlights the monogram with two pairs of eyes, mimicking sheet-like ghouls often depicted in cartoons.
Unlike several Halloween costumes that tend to be showy, McDonald’s “costume” is minimal and succinct—and it works.
