The Super Bowl is right around the corner, and the commercials dedicated for the big night have been rolling out one by one. This year, the spots are especially packed with fun, comedic and unexpected twists.
Pringles’ commercial, for one, shows Rick and Morty exploring the Pringles dimension, while Mountain Dew created a flash from the past Bryan Cranston and Tracee Ellis Ross reenacting iconic scenes from The Shining.
From wacky to pure hilarity, here are some highlights unveiled for the Game.
Bud Light: Posty’s Store
Post Malone and Bud Light are a match made in heaven, but he faces a little conundrum after finding out Bud Light has delved into the world of seltzers. All he has to do was make a decision.
Audi: Let It Go
Audi’s latest advert sees Maisie Williams singing Frozen’s popular soundtrack Let It Go, as you should when things get to you. Simply, let it go.
Michelob Ultra: Jimmy Works It Out
When John Cena and Jimmy Fallon attempt to get in shape, Fallon struggles to keep up but soon enjoys it when he finds the “lighter side of this.”
Microsoft: Be The One/Katie Sowers
Microsoft honors the first female coach, Katie Sowers, at the Super Bowl in this inspiring commercial. It subtly touches on the various software by Microsoft with Sowers’ life story in the forefront.
Planters: Road Trip
RIP Mr. Peanut. The Planters commercial sacrifices the mascot, sending fans into mourning. However, the company has put a break on its Super Bowl campaign following NBA legend Kobe Bryant’s demise.
Google: Loretta
Get some tissues. Google’s Super Bowl ad is definitely a tear-jerker as it looks into the life of an elderly man speaking to Google about his late wife, Loretta.
Little Caesar’s Pizza: Best Thing Since Sliced Bread
This is Little Caesar’s first-ever Super Bowl ad. It begins with a regular food delivery and immediately spirals into mini chaos before finally meeting a hilarious resolution.
Amazon: #BeforeAlexa
The commercial stars Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi leaving the house for an event. As DeGeneres asks Alexa to turn down the temperature, the talk show host wonders what exactly people did before Alexa came along.
Hyundai: Smaht Pahk
The ad is staged in Boston, if the accents aren’t an obvious giveaway. Boston natives John Krasinski, Rachel Dratch and Chris Evans perfect their accents as they admire the smart car getting in and out of a parking spot through its smart park feature.
