Greta Thunberg is getting her own television series, which is set to follow her journey on bringing awareness to climate change worldwide. The announcement was made by BBC Studios’ Science Unit on Monday.
The reality show surrounds the 17-year-old as she travels around the globe to speak with scientists and environmentalists regarding climate change, and how humans can get involved in making a difference.
Thunberg is known for challenging politicians and business leaders around the world, and the show will also feature her interactions with them as she questions their roles and stances on the issue.
The presently-untitled series will explore Thunberg’s personal experiences as a teenager in the spotlight. Whether she’s getting criticism or being celebrated, the series will touch on various aspects of her life.
