NBCUniversal launched a celebrity-packed PSA campaign called The More You Know for NBC’s Today show. It features famous stars including Kelly Clarkson, Andy Cohen, Ted Danson, Terry Crews, Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, as well as Nick Jonas.
The stars filmed their portions for the PSA via their own mobile devices and/or cameras as they practiced self-isolation and offered tips on battling the coronavirus.
The adverts were created in collaboration with the Ad Council, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the US Department of Health and Human Services and the White House.
The spots comprise of the celebrities speaking about their best practices when it comes to self-isolation, while sharing CDC-recommended advice surrounding risk factors, social distancing, parenting, and mental health.
In one of the videos, Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor Terry Crews is seen prompting veterans to visit MyHealtheVet to gain more information about COVID-19.
