Gucci’s FW Campaign Sees Models In Their Daily Tasks At Home, Clad In Its Pieces

With the coronavirus pandemic going on, Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele decided to send pieces from the latest Fall/Winter 2020 collection to his models and asked them to film and photograph themselves.
The new campaign showcased the models in their own homes doing everyday mundane tasks while in isolation. Dressed up in the pieces from the collection, the models can be seen lying around, brushing their teeth, mopping the floor, and more.
Michele revealed on Instagram that he had asked the models to “represent the idea they have of themselves, to go public with it, shaping the poetry that accompanies them.” He also added that he “encouraged them to play, improvising with their life.”
The intimate ad lets you into the lives of the models as they showcase the brand’s new collection in their own unique ways. Some of the models’ pets also made special cameos in the video.
