In 2018, Apple completed work for its headquarters in Cupertino, California, known as the Apple Park. The donut-shaped building is often called the “spaceship” for its circular and futuristic architecture, which spans across 176 acres of land.
Some 12,000 employees work in the main structure of the headquarters, which includes a visitor center and a retail store for people to take a peek at the campus or purchase official Apple merchandise that can’t be found anywhere else.
There is also the Steve Jobs Theater beside the “spaceship” portion of the campus, which is made out of glass walls to offer a stunning 360-degree view of its lush surrounding.
The US$5 billion building is also eco-friendly as it merges nature into its modern facilities, such as four-story glass windows and solar panels on the roof. There are even dense orchards around the building that supply fruits for the cafeteria.
The inside of the building is rarely shown to the public, but YouTube channel TechVision has uploaded a video to give a rare look into the headquarters. Watch it below.
