The Washington Post honored the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg by printing a huge graphic of the Supreme Court Justice on a full-page ad.
The paper approached artist Edel Rodriguez for an image he did of Ginsburg 10 years ago. The artwork saw a silhouette of Ginsburg set against a striking red backdrop, with her signature lace collar standing out in stark white.
“Ruth Bader Ginsburg has always been a fighter for the common person, a voice for those without a voice,” Rodriguez told Ad Age. “RBG is America’s light.”
The Washington Post also published an article combining portraits done by talented creatives around the world as part of its tribute to Ginsburg.
