President Donald Trump’s star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame has been smashed by a person who dressed up as Marvel superhero Incredible Hulk on 2 October 2020.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the masked vandal defaced the plaque using a pickaxe and incurred over US$3,000 worth of damage.
However, Rana Ghadban, the president and CEO of the chamber, has promised that the star will be replaced by the Hollywood Historic Trust, a non-profit and non-partisan group.
This is the third time Trump’s star has been wrecked over the years. It first took a hit back in 2016 by a sledgehammer, followed by the next incident in 2018 with a pickaxe.
