Samsung is gearing up to reveal the newest Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 at next month’s Unpacked event on August 11, a date recently confirmed by the company.
With the current Fold 2 and Flip models models priced at US$1,799 and US$1,199 respectively, it has been reported by SamMobile that the new Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 could cost “up to 20%” lower than their predecessors.
To do the math, that’s about US$400 cheaper than the current foldable flagships.
On top of this, Samsung will be holding a trade-in promotion, where customers who trade their existing Galaxy Z Fold or Galaxy Z Flip phone will be able to receive a discount on the latest model, knocking off even more of the price.
Upcoming features may include an in-screen camera on the Fold 3, and the addition of the S Pen to future phones. This will undoubtedly bring about changes to its screens as well, although nothing has been officially confirmed by the South Korean tech company.
Experience hands-free flexibility.
