While Apple fans wait with bated breath as we approach the speculated
iPhone 13 September launch, rumors have surfaced suggesting the new smartphones could cost similar—if not less—than their predecessors.
Over the last few months, insiders have gradually leaked news about the lineup, comprising the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max. While there aren’t any major design changes expected for the iPhone 13 series, there could be
notch and speaker tweaks, plus powerful
camera software updates.
And with Apple revealing last month that it was predicting “supply constraints,” chances of getting your hand on the new smartphone could be
slimmer than before.
There’s good news, however, as
CNET reports that analysts are now saying the iPhone 13 will cost the same as the iPhone 12, with the base version starting from US$799.
There’s even a possibility that Apple may even slash the price of its new lineup to cost less than the current iPhone 12. This speculation comes as Samsung lowered the price tag of the Galaxy S21 by US$200, which Apple may follow suit.
While nothing’s been confirmed just yet, we’re just a month away from the expected launch date of the iPhone 13. Will you be making the switch to Apple’s latest offering? Take a look at the rumored prices below.
