The metaverse isn’t really here yet, and already, it might be home to the most meta thing you’ll ever come across. A ‘Doge Temple’ furnished in much-wow gold exists, because who is more suited to rule the metaverse than this almighty figure?
Created by 3D virtual environment platform Party.Space, the Doge Temple is a place where brethren of the all-encompassing meme and crypto icon gather for enlightenment. The temple is, of course, only accessible virtually.
Members can sit around tables and hold private conversations, explore a non-fungible token (NFT) gallery filled with Doge worship artwork, play Doge-inspired games like Flappy Doge, and earn Dogecoin.

The dankest of Doges are welcome to bark at other worshippers and fire guns that shoot emojis, according to the temple’s builders. Even typing all this feels like a fever dream.
Like most places of worship, the Doge Temple is free to enter. You can access it from your regular browser here.
