For two years in a row, Adobe held the highly-anticipated Adobe MAX Creativity Conference as an all-virtual event to uphold safety precautions amid the pandemic. This decision proved to benefit all—creative professionals could stream in from anywhere and not have to buy a ticket for the closed-door event, while the company enjoyed its largest attendance yet. The interest hinted at the deluge of untapped creativity around the world.
With borders opening up, Adobe has now announced that MAX will resume an in-person format this year. The annual event, where guests can learn the latest in creative technologies and trends, as well as discover new techniques to up-skill, will run from October 18 through October 20, 2022, in Los Angeles.
But the success seen from its online conferences tells Adobe that it can’t shake off digital sessions. As such, Adobe MAX 2022 will also open for virtual attendance, though it’s still too early to know if the online version will remain free this year.
“We can’t wait to see the creative community together again in person, and will be opening up registration in the coming months,” a spokesperson told DesignTAXI in an email.
Interested creatives can begin registering their attendance for the event in July.
