YEEZY Teases Futuristic Sunglasses That’ll Be Priced At Only $20

Streetwear and luxury are two words that have found their way to each other in recent years. Kanye West, whose coveted YEEZY label contributes to this perception, has been vocal about wanting to buck the trend. It was way back in 2020 that he shared his vision to price the YEEZY Foam Runners at only US$20.
While that didn’t happen, West’s $20/$20 vision seemingly remains clear. In a recent interview with Forbes, where he opened up on his future after breaking up with Gap, the YEEZY boss promised that everything at his upcoming YEEZY Supply stores will be purchasable at US$20.
The first of this lineup appears to be a pair of space-age, wraparound sunglasses called ‘YZYSHDZ’.
Originally planned for the supposed 10-year YEEZY Gap collection, the shades will soon be available via YEEZY Supply. Esquire UK reports that the eyewear has already been seen on the mugs of names like famous sunglass-wearer Anna Wintour, rapper Lil Uzi Vert, and Kim Kardashian.

Explaining how he’ll keep costs low in the long term, West told Forbes that everything will be manufactured near the country it is launching in. Items sold in the US, for example, will be made in the US; and products available in China will be produced in China.
As for how you can get your hands on the US$20 YZYSHDZ, at least for now, there’ll be no dumpster-diving. The only step you can take is to join the waitlist with your email address on YEEZY.com.
