Thanksgiving is fast approaching, and there’s nothing better than kicking back during the holidays and cracking a cold one with your best friend—even if they’re four-legged and have fur.
Busch Light is making those dreams come true with a new flavor of ‘dog beer’: the ‘Busch Light Turkey Brew’.
The drink is a blend of turkey, sweet potato, basil, ginger, turmeric, and peppermint leaves—or basically, a Thanksgiving dinner purified and blended. The formula is also similar to the previous pork-bone broth iteration released last year.
Busch Light has also published a FAQ page to remind owners not to feed their dogs actual beer and that this brew, in particular, is entirely void of alcohol and is safe enough for even humans to drink.
As a sweet little touch, a rescue pup from Minnesota named Kira is featured on the cans after it won a competition held earlier in the year when fans were asked to submit pictures of their pets.
If you’re looking to toast with your pooch over the holiday season, you can head to Anheuser-Busch’s Shop Beer Gear site, where the drink will be sold as four-packs for US$15.
