Tiffany & Co Releases 2022 Holiday Gifts, Cards Inspired By Andy Warhol

As we approach the holiday season, Tiffany & Co has unveiled its limited-edition collection for 2022, inspired by the greeting cards Andy Warhol created for the jeweler in the ‘50s and ‘60s.
The artist, widely regarded as one of the most famed illustrators in New York City, crafted vibrant paper cards featuring his signature blotted line and watercolor style, adorned with illustrations of birds, stars, trees, and other holiday themes.
These cards were then offered to shoppers at the brand’s flagship Fifth Avenue store every December from 1957 through 1962, and this year, it’s planning on bringing back Warhol’s works as a homage to his connection with Tiffany & Co.
Customers can choose from myriad gifts featuring the painter’s whimsical holiday motifs, including bone china dessert plates, ring dishes, holiday cards, playing cards, Christmas tree ornaments, and hand-painted glass ornaments.
In addition, the special-edition launch will offer the House’s 2022 Advent Calendar, in which Warhol’s iconic illustrations are blown up in a four-foot work of art. Its façade, reminiscent of Tiffany’s Blue Boxes, actually opens to reveal 24 gifts.
According to the brand, each Advent Calendar takes over 50 hours to craft from sustainable wood and can be customized to include the perfect gifts for the one you love.
To end the year on a precious note, this collaboration will support the Warhol Foundation endowment, which has distributed over US$275 million in cash grants to visual arts organizations across the country.
