Nvidia—the fast-growing tech giant known for its graphics processing units (GPUs) and sky-high profits—is further accelerating its software experience. On Thursday, the company introduced an all-in-one app designed to merge creator and gaming functionalities into a single user-friendly platform so as to eliminate the hassle of toggling between different software for adjusting display settings or optimizing game performance.
Now in beta, the Nvidia App boasts a sleek, redesigned interface as well as a more straightforward process for updating drivers that, conveniently, negates the need for an account login. Those looking to redeem special bundles and rewards will still need to sign in, however.
Most notable of all is the unified GPU control center, which consolidates game settings and driver adjustments into one central location for gaming aficionados and content creators. This integration facilitates easier management of individual game settings and global profiles, ensuring optimal performance across all games and applications.

Despite its comprehensive approach, the app streamlines Nvidia’s offerings by discontinuing certain features, such as broadcasting to Twitch and YouTube, and sharing images and videos to Facebook and YouTube. With that, it compensates with the introduction of AI-powered filters through Nvidia Freestyle, compatible with over 1,200 games and accelerated by Tensor Cores on GeForce RTX GPUs, including the innovative RTX Dynamic Vibrance feature.

The app’s debut coincides with a significant surge in Nvidia’s stock value, which climbed 12% before the market opened on Thursday, buoyed by a forecast of quarterly revenue that far exceeded Wall Street’s expectations. This optimistic outlook is largely attributed to the soaring demand for the company’s artificial intelligence chips.
