Apple is tuning up the excitement ahead of its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) with a fresh batch of goodies on the Developer app. The tech giant has introduced a collection of new, animated stickers that promise to add a playful touch to apps like iMessage and FaceTime.
These nine new stickers are a nod to Apple’s rich branding history. Among the designs are a rainbow-hued serif logo, the iconic Macintosh icon crafted by Susan Kare, and the quirky dogcow. There are also graphics celebrating Apple Park, Apple Vision Pro, and some animated emoji characters.
The graphics are part of the updated Apple Developer app, now version 10.6, available on the App Store. To access these stickers, users simply need to open an iMessage conversation, tap the ‘+’ button in the bottom left corner, select the Stickers option, and navigate to the Apple Developer tab in the sticker tray to find the new WWDC-themed stickers.

Beyond these fun additions, the updated Apple Developer app offers more than just stickers. It’s a vital tool for developers to stay informed with the latest news and videos about the company’s platforms. The app includes details about keynotes, sessions, and one-to-one labs with Apple engineers and designers. It also streams WWDC 2024 sessions, ensuring developers can follow the conference closely.
WWDC 2024 is set for June 10 through 14, with the keynote kicking off at 10 am PT (1 pm ET) on June 10. While new hardware announcements are not expected, Apple is likely to discuss upcoming features and updates for its platforms, including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS.
Speaking of which, here’s what the Cupertino behemoth might name the next Mac version.
