If you’ve been meaning to dabble a little in art during this stay-home period, try incorporating it with Photoshop to bring an added dimension to your work. Good news, creative souls—Adobe is now tying the Adobe Fresco Premium illustration app and Photoshop for iPad together into buy-one-get-one bundle.
Previously at US$9.99 as standalones, the iPad apps are going at two for the price of one at US$9.99. Adobe encourages you to combine this “ultimate bundle” for drawing and painting to create mixed-medium art.
The offer extends to existing Creative Cloud subscribers, who are welcome to switch to the same US$9.99 price.
In a new blog post, the company details some ways you can use the two apps together, such as transforming a photo into a painting, adding watercolor splashes to a Photoshop project, and adding type to an illustration using Photoshop on iPad.
Your projects automatically appear in the Cloud documents tab in either app, allowing you to easily integrate photography with illustration work.
Adobe additionally launched a series of projects to keep users engaged during the COVID-19 crisis, including an art campaign to drive up donations, a free coloring book, and a lineup of tutorials and free resources for creatives.
