The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) is a scale designed to measure three emotional states: depression, anxiety and stress.
The simple test was developed by Syd Lovibond and Peter Lovibond from the University of New South Wales in 1995, and consists of questions that reference 42 possible symptoms, such as difficulty relaxing and being easily agitated or irritable.
Respondents are also asked to use a four-point severity scale to rate the extent to which they have experienced each symptom over the past week.
You can take the test here. Please note that the assessment is only for educational purposes and should not be used as a substitute for professional help or a diagnosis.
