If Alice knew she was about to crash a tea party in Wonderland, she’d have brought one of these dreamy bags and wallets with her.
Japanese design brand Earl’s Favourite crafts intricate, ultra-realistic purses and bags that appear so much like fruits, cakes, and even bubble tea, your sweet tooth will tempt you to splurge on real sweets.
In truth, they’re crafted from premium leather, with special techniques to get them as texturally close to real fruits as possible, in Himeji City in the Hyōgo Prefecture.
Sweet favorites between the brand’s customers are the melon and strawberry ranges. While they mimic the real deals to a T, they manage to look luxe as opposed to saccharine.
The wallets, coin pouches and bags can be purchased online and at its independent Tokyo stores in Chiyoda City, Akihabara, and Asakusa, with its latest location having just freshly popped up at the Laforet department store in Harajuku.
Perhaps something to pair with Instagram’s viral strawberry dress? Feast your eyes on some of the brand’s accessories, and find out more here.
