LEGO Brings ‘Harry Potter’ To Life With 5,544-Piece ‘Diagon Alley’ Set

LEGO has released its fourth-largest set in the form of Diagon Alley from the Harry Potter films.
The Diagon Alley set mimics the scene from the wizarding world with its 5,544 pieces that measure up to 3.2-feet in height.
The toy company is letting fans of the fantasy land to create their own “living model” of the iconic shopping street. LEGO also touted that the brick versions of the cobblestoned alley’s stores are “packed with authentic details from the movies to truly capture the ambience of the street.”
The whole set comprises of models of Ollivander’s Wand Shop, Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes, Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlor, Scribbulus Writing Implements, Flourish & Blotts, and Quality Quidditch Supplies that can be built from scratch.
It also arrives with 14 mini-figures of famous characters like Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron, George, and Fred Weasley.
LEGO enlisted actors James and Oliver Phelps, who played the Weasley twins in the Harry Potter films, to promote the launch of the new set.
The Diagon Alley set is now available at LEGO’s website for US$399.99.
