Kraft Heinz Debuts ‘Variety Game Pack’ Inspired By Ketchup, JELL-O, Mac & Cheese

While playing with your food is something that’s frowned upon, Kraft Heinz and game publisher Big G Creative are now giving you the green light to do that, three ways.
To counter boredom in the stay-home period, the duo designed a three-in-one Kraft Heinz Variety Game Pack that reimagines pantry staples of HEINZ™ Ketchup, JELL-O™ Gelatin and KRAFT™ Macaroni & Cheese as game party staples, with the three new games packaged like the original food items.
The Macaroni & Cheese-inspired game has players rolling a dice and adding noodle-themed cards to match the numbers, giving Cheesasaurus Rex a boost up a Noodle Meter. The game ends when someone plays all their cards or there’s only one person with leftover noodles.
The Heinz Ketchup-themed dice game is a game of “risk versus reward” where members of the family have to collect as much ketchup as possible to attain 57 points, Henry J. Heinz’s lucky number. The “bottle” itself serves as a dice-rolling cup.
Finally, the JELL-O game forces players to act fast in response to card prompts like “left hand” and “lime.” The “first to slap the correct card on the JELL-O gelatin flavor” with the correct hand wins.
The games are created to be inclusive so family members of all ages can gather to play them. Each round is made to last for about 20 minutes, or about the time it takes to prepare a box of Kraft’s Macaroni and Cheese.
The value pack is now available exclusively at Target’s locations and online store for US$19.99. For a limited time, customers can enjoy an introductory sale price of US$16.99 for the set.
