Back in 1969, Commander Neil Armstrong went on board the Apollo 11 to become the first human to land on the moon. Now, the historic event is being commemorated in adidas’ collaborative Ultra Boost 20 sneaker with NASA.
The latest edition has colorways featuring the striking blue, white and orange hues of the space agency’s logo. To give it a sleeker look, the footwear’s cages and three stripes branding are embellished in a metallic silver sheen.
NASA’s emblem can also be spotted on the silhouette’s tongue. However, the showstopper is probably in the insole of the sneaker, which is printed with a moonscape design to reference the United States’ iconic moon landing.
Here’s a glimpse of the NASA x adidas Ultra Boost 20.
