Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (FSD) feature might soon include an augmented-reality view as part of the vehicle’s advanced driver-assist suite, as discovered by Tesla owner @greentheonly.
The findings were detailed in a string of Twitter posts, which revealed that the AR feature could allow Tesla owners to see the car’s perspective in a detailed view in real-time.
The FSD beta was released to a limited number of Tesla users back in October, promising car owners an advanced driver-assist system. The new revelation hints that drivers can soon “see” the surroundings from the car’s point of view in real-time.
Green uncovered the new update by accessing FSD’s developer mode. He also pointed out that he found other yet-to-be-released items like ‘California Stop’, ‘Chiropractor Adjust Skeleton’, and ‘California Boost’. However, there aren’t any specifications for the uses of these new additions as of yet.
