Bringing a festive zing to the plethora of products made multipurpose so you can squeeze out more uses of them, Miller Lite has released a six-pack of “drinkable ornaments” that serve as both beer holders and Christmas tree decorations.
The ‘Beernaments’ are baubles with a hollow middle to insert your 8oz Miller Lite can into, and are designed to snugly wrap around your beverage. The six-pack ornaments and beer are sold separately, however.
Drinkers fill ’em up by dropping a coin-like insert into the sides of the Beernaments, which unlocks them. An indent in the center shows where to place the beer can.

The ornaments are exposed at the top, allowing users to reach into the pull tab and crack a beer open with ease.

When you’re done drinking, don’t take the cans out yet. You can attach hooks to their pull tabs and hang them on your Christmas tree.

The Beernaments, priced at US$19.75 for a six-pack, are being sold on Beernaments.com, while supplies last.

Miller Lite says the packaging is ideal for intimate gatherings post-lockdown as it invites loved ones to “decorate, drink and be merry” together. The festive campaign was created with the help of advertising agencies DDB Chicago and DDB San Francisco, as well as creative agency Alma.
The promotional video stars actor and comedian Jimmy O. Yang, who’s become quite the Christmas icon as a result of this year’s Netflix hit holiday film Love Hard.
“My tree’s better than your tree because now, it has beers on it,” Yang proclaims. “Beautiful.”
