Wish you could live in your personal Disneyland? Disney Imagineers say: Be our guest.
However, you’ll need the help of your Fairy Godmother or Aladdin’s Genie to grant you deep pockets too, for this 10,742-square-foot, seven-bedroom mansion built by Disney’s Imagineering design firm will set you back US$14,995,000. Scrooge McDuck is quaking in his boots.

This isn’t an abode with just the bare necessities. The home lives up to the magical vision of Walt Disney, who based several of the architecture in his theme parks and motifs in Beauty and the Beast on ornamental rococo designs of 18th-century France. An unmistakable detail is the array of stained-glass windows, which are even adorned with Disney references.
Disney’s magical touches begin the moment you open the door; a bespoke Swarovski crystal chandelier hangs from the tall ceiling, while an unwinding spiral staircase rises from the hall.

Not to mention, you’ll get an amazing address: 10151 Enchanted Oak Drive. The home located at Golden Oak, Florida, is being sold by Sotheby’s International Realty.
The property transports pockets of Disney’s multifaceted universe under one roof. There’s a home theater with simulated stars that’s modeled to resemble the Millennium Falcon, as well as an exact replica of the marble fireplace in the apartment above Cinderella’s castle. A large sculpture of Toothless the dragon sits in one corner.

And although this is a small world, after all, the home doesn’t feel like it. There are nine full bathrooms and a partial one, and three out of four of its garages have their own lifts.
Outside, the pool area evokes Fantasia vibes with a rock waterfall and slide.

The mansion happens to be a stone’s throw away from Walt Disney World so you can live out the full Disney Princess or Prince experience. Private shuttle privileges will be included as part of the homeowners association fees, worth US$25,000 a year.
While this might be the dream home of many Disney fans, it’s also inaccessible. Luckily, Disney is also working on an assortment of neighborhoods that are within reach.
