Bentley Unmasks Tallest Beachfront Residential Building In The US
By Nicole Rodrigues, 10 Feb 2023
Bentley is parking its first residential complex on the sunny eastern coast of Sunny Isles Beach in Miami.
The automaker is now trying its hand at real estate, and it’s doing so in the only way it knows how to: in complete luxury.
The Bentley Residences Miami is set to be the tallest ocean-front property in the US, with 63 stories and 213 apartments.
While luxurious apartment complexes are nothing new, Bentley is carving a niche by allowing each resident to be lifted up to their condo while still in their car and park it in a special garage attached to each individual residence. Not only that, but this in-unit mini garage can house up to four cars. Talk about convenience!
And as the residence comes from Bentley, the marque has taken design cues from its cars and spread them throughout the building, including its famous wood paneling, hardware, and even faucets that look like metal shift knobs.
According to the company, the apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, marble flooring, expansive balconies, and a private swimming pool for each unit.
Residents looking to link up with their neighbors can do so in the on-site restaurants, bars, fitness centers, a movie theater, a spa, and a games room.
The project, a collaboration between Bentley, Sieger Suarez Architects, and property specialists Dezer Development, will be ready to open the doors to its latest venture in 2026. Prices will range from US$5.2 million to US$30 million for the penthouse.
