Holding large gatherings is no longer possible during the coronavirus outbreak, and people are turning to technology to connect with others virtually as they stay indoors to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
This means conventional church services also have to be put on hold, so one Italian priest decided to offer solidarity through these confusing times by gathering people at a live-streamed Mass.
To the amusement of viewers, he accidentally switched on a set of face filters before starting his sermon, transforming into several humorous characters.
This isn’t the first time such a gaffe has taken place. Just recently, a weatherman went viral after accidentally leaving the same setting on during a live broadcast. A Pakistani minister was also spotted in a cat filter during a very solemn briefing.
They say the Holy Spirit lives in everyone, whether you’re an alien robot, weightlifter or a cool guy in a hat and sunglasses.
In Italy today, a priest decided to live-stream a mass due to COVID-19. Unfortunately he activated the video filters by mistake. pic.twitter.com/zu2qwAlCyT
