The months leading up to the announcement were riddled with rumors and leaks about iOS 16 and what the iPhone 14 might look like. Currently, it’s expected that the latest iteration of the phone will come in different sizes, and the notch is expected to shrink down to a pill-sized shape. A new 48-megapixel camera is also believed to be released with the smartphone.
A Pro version of the Apple Watch is also being anticipated, and will supposedly have a larger screen as well as be more robust to be used by athletes during physical activities.
An updated iPad Pro, a 10th-generation iPad, and a new Air Pod Pro model are also expected to be unveiled.
Apple is planning on live-streaming the fall event on its website, the Apple TV app, and on YouTube at 10 am PT (1 pm ET).
